All web hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If a client is not satisfied by the service (proper functionality of the website according to the technical specifications of the service), within 30 days from the beginning of the service can request the cancellation of the contract, otherwise waives the right to do so in the future. In case the contract is cancelled within 30 days, the whole amount is returned to the client except any additional costs (extra webspace, static ip, installation costs, extra services e.t.c.).

The whole amount is returned to the client only if we are notified within the first 30 days of the service. No refunds are made after the 30th day.
